How does your pricing work?

We start with a quick walkthrough or video survey, then build one flat rate off your real inventory — no hourly clock ticking while the crew works boxes down a steep row-house staircase or up from a walk-up. The figure on that quote is your full price, with nothing tucked into the fine print.

How much lead time should I give you before the move?

Late spring through summer fills the calendar fastest, so two to three weeks of notice is the safe call in those stretches. Winter weeks, early spring, and midweek dates loosen up, and when a crew has an opening we will take short-notice and same-day jobs too.

What kinds of moves does your crew run?

Local jobs all across Washington and the DC metro, plus long-distance hauls out I-71 or up I-75 to anywhere in the country. Specialty pieces are ours as well — pianos, gun safes, and oversized items get their own crew and stair rigging.

Do you handle row houses, walk-ups, and tough access?

Every week. Narrow row houses with steep original stairs, walk-ups in Adams Morgan and Columbia Heights, permit-parking-only blocks, and elevator reservations plus COIs for downtown high-rises are routine for our crews. Tell us the property and we plan the access ahead of move day.

Can you move a piano or specialty items?

Yes. Uprights, baby grands, and full grands are routine, and the crew arrives with the boards, straps, and stair rigging to match — same for gun safes, gym equipment, and oversized artwork through a tight stairwell.

Do you handle the packing and bring the supplies?

We do. Choose a full pack and we box and wrap the whole house, or a partial pack for just the rooms with breakables. The boxes, paper, and materials all come in on our truck.
